Piemonte: Consiglio regionale su modifiche Piano Casa
Più facili gli aumenti di cubatura e prestazioni energetiche della sola porzione ampliata
La Commissione "Pianificazione territoriale, urbanistica, edilizia" della Regione Piemonte ha licenziato la bozza del provvedimento che propone modifiche al Piano Casa, relazione a quattro aspetti: consentito incrementare la cubatura fino al 20% per le case unifamiliari e bifamiliari e per le strutture turistico-ricettive, durante, per i capannoni industriali si potrà aumentare la superficie del 20% fino ad un massimo di 2000 mq; in caso di ampliamento, si dovranno migliorare le prestazioni energetiche della one extended portion and not the entire building, allowed to intervene in the historical centers, the Congress should not limit the scope of the regional law on the House floor.
