The farm of Tobias and Elizabeth Costagliola is a short distance from the Castle Bay and is accessible by car along the road that leads the lot and continue on foot, along a scenic trail in the heart of Flegrei. Walking, although for a short time, allows you to enjoy the scents and colors of this land, the same that you feel when you sit at the table in a simple, rustic and cozy.
The daily menu is fixed, but adapt to a seasonal dish towel, change often depending on the availability of raw materials. The proposal is articulated and the starters can provide the goat cheese and sausage products in their own - are on display on display - the pancakes made with freshly laid eggs, various kinds of seasonal vegetables, raw or grilled. It thus comes to pasta, like tagliatelle or gnocchi with meat sauce or tomato sauce or any of the soups, which are the highlight of the home: pasta with bacon and peas, pasta and beans with pork rind, vegetable soups, including the little known cicerchie.
