Giugliano più di altre città campane ha accresciuto negli anni le sue dimensioni. Il territorio, peraltro, conserva una spiccata vocazione agricola ed è attingendo alle sue materie prime, a cui coniuga un’equilibrata capacità di elaborazione personale, che la famiglia Iodice ha saputo consolidare una realtà tra le più rappresentative della ristorazione regionale. Laura e Luisa insieme ai mariti Giacomo e Guido, rinnovano e rafforzano in meglio, dunque, gli insegnamenti dei genitori which commenced operations in 1948 and still exert a sort of "moral protection", providing their advice. Next, spaghetti with mussels and mullet, ravioli shrimp, pasta and spollichini, rigatoni with swordfish, eggplant, capers and black olives, and the classic ziti mezzanielli lard and bacon. Among the main courses: steak (stuffed) by thick pork or beef, fried cod and frying of fish. It closes with a strawberry tart, chocolate mousse with ice cream, cake with custard and black cherry.
The wine list is complete, with the best of regional and national levels. In short, a place with many aficionados well deserved.
